Update that is not a hat.

Okay, so I posted about 10 minutes ago. But I said I needed to catalog the hats I have in hand and in doing so realized 2 things.

1. By catalog, I mean added them to an Excel file but not all are labeled so I need to label them. That’s not the revelation. I may need to have those willing in the knitting group come a few minutes early to attache labels to what I have. Or I may need to pester the Husband. Otherwise, I may start going insane.

2. I have 49 hats in hand. That means here. In my home. Slowly overtaking my house like a swarm of locusts the day before harvest. 49 hats is so much more than we expected. BUT! Tryslora has quite a few. And Mini Monster has at least 5. And other people have pledged.  I’m wondering if we want to split up the goods and find a second cancer center for donation. I don’t want to donate 100 hats to one place if they can’t use them all and if we can spread the love, then I say by gum! Let’s spread a little (non-naughty) love. What do people think?

Two days and two entries. So far so good. What I really need to do is finish inventory on all of the hats while I’m posting them.

You’ll see some of the hats in this group are the same pattern but different yarn.
